Responsibilities

Management of big data, cloud engineering, and machine learning projects for EMEA customers
Leading end-to-end customer projects from kick-off to project closing
Managing project and team day-to-day operations
Handling customer communications
Resolving escalations
Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and drive value creation
Ensuring project success by meeting scope, objectives, deadlines, and budget for a complex customer portfolio
Leading customer interactions and coordinating stakeholders
Documenting and administering project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with internal teams
Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Managing timely escalation of complex cases
Initiating and driving cross-functional internal projects to improve delivery efficiency or customer experience
Championing a customer-centric, solution-driven culture and promoting a customer-first mindset across project teams
Establishing standards and ensuring compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements

Proven track record of managing complex, software-adjacent projects ideally within data engineering, AI, or cloud infrastructure
High technical proficiency and comfort navigating the software development life cycle
Proven experience managing end-to-end large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, regions, and functions
Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, curiosity, and strategic influencing abilities
Results-driven commitment to high-quality service with an outcome-driven mindset
Strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability with ability to prioritize under pressure
High independence in work and solution-driven mindset
Conflict resolution skills and ability to rally various parties toward a common goal
Passion for delivering enviable customer experiences
High organization and detail orientation
Proven knowledge and track record with project management frameworks and CRM tools/methods such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SFDC, Productive, Asana, Google Sheets, and Slides
Professional fluency in written and verbal English
Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a definite plus
