Responsibilities

Manage big data, cloud engineering, and machine learning projects for EMEA customers
Lead end-to-end customer projects, ensuring a seamless experience from kick-off to project closing
Manage the project and team day-to-day
Handle customer communications
Resolve escalations
Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and drive value creation
Ensure project scope, objectives, deadlines, and budget are met
Take the lead on customer interactions
Coordinate stakeholders
Document and administer project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and AI
Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Manage timely escalation of complex cases
Initiate and drive cross-functional internal projects to improve delivery efficiency or customer experience
Champion a customer-centric, solution-driven culture and promote a customer-first mindset
Establish standards and ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements

Proven track record of managing complex, software-adjacent projects, ideally within data engineering, AI, or cloud infrastructure
Highly technical and comfortable navigating the intricacies of the SDLC
Hands-on software development experience is a big plus
Proven experience managing end-to-end large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, regions, and functions
Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, curiosity, and strategic influencing
Results-driven and committed to high-quality service
Strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability
Ability to work and prioritize under pressure between concurrent requests and projects
Highly independent with a solution-driven mindset
Good at conflict resolution and rallying various parties toward a common goal
Passionate about delivering enviable customer experiences
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proven knowledge and track record with project management frameworks and CRM tools/methods (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SFDC, Productive, Asana, Google Sheets, and Slides)
Professional fluency in written and verbal English
Project management certification (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) is a definite plus
