Responsibilities

End-to-end management of modern data platform implementations built on Databricks
Running all scrum ceremonies for data engineering and data science teams
Tracking budgets and optimizing compute costs
Managing technical risks such as data quality and pipeline bottlenecks
Bridging the gap between C-level business requirements and technical execution
Partnering with Product Owners and Data Architects to prioritize the technical roadmap

Requirements

8+ years as an IT Project Manager or Advisory Consultant with a track record in complex data/cloud projects
Strong understanding of foundational AI and data platform concepts including architectural components of providers like Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric
Fluent English

Nice-to-have

Experience at a Big4 or top-tier tech consulting firm
Hands-on exposure to Spark, Delta Lake, or MLOps tools
Enterprise implementation experience in ERP, CRM, Core Banking, BSS/OSS
Experience in consulting sales or supporting public sector projects
Deep business understanding of at least two sectors: Banking, Telco, Energy, Insurance, Retail, or Production
Strong people management skills and confidence to review and correct technical subject matter experts
