Responsibilities

Leading tactical and strategical projects supporting long-term technology transformation
Supporting the organization primarily the tech departments by running projects in line with business requirements
Planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of specific projects
Interacting with stakeholders from other Technology units and different business functions
Running projects according to best practices from project management and technical perspectives
Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Reporting and escalating to management as needed
Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
Executing projects by providing and maintaining visibility for requirements, scope, objectives, deliverables, financial impact, and resourcing
Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks
Monitoring and reporting project progress
Applying excellent communication skills and practical knowledge to help teams work closely together
Facilitating effective team meetings including kick-offs, regular status updates, and weekly catchups
Uncovering and removing roadblocks preventing teams from achieving shared project goals

Requirements

Ability to drive through ambiguous and complex situations
Knowledge in using Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA
Solid IT technical background
Recognized certification in project management such as Prince or Sigma
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong people management skills
Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
