Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of major enterprise platform and technology initiatives
Development and ownership of detailed program and project plans
Direction and coordination of internal technology teams, engineering teams, and third-party vendors
Ownership of program governance including status reporting and executive stakeholder communications
Ensuring solutions meet enterprise quality standards
Tracking and reporting program progress against objectives and KPIs
Management of scope, schedule, and cost changes
Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical and delivery risks
Partnership with senior stakeholders to define success metrics
Partnership with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements
Translation of complex business and technical needs into functional specifications and user stories
Analysis of existing business processes and systems for optimization opportunities
Facilitation of alignment between business users and technical teams
Support of solution design by validating requirements
Development of user documentation, training materials, and support content

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst
Experience leading large, complex programs in a global enterprise environment
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or Microsoft Power Platform
Experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure migration programs
Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance
