Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of major enterprise platform and technology initiatives
Develop and own detailed program and project plans
Direct and coordinate internal technology teams and third-party vendors
Own program governance including status reporting and executive communications
Ensure all solutions meet enterprise quality standards
Track and report program progress against objectives and KPIs
Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using governance processes
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks
Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
Translate business and technical needs into functional specifications and user stories
Analyse existing business processes and systems for optimization opportunities
Facilitate alignment between business users and technical teams
Support solution design by validating requirements
Develop user documentation and training materials

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or Microsoft Power Platform
Experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure migration programs
Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance
