Requirements
- Biochemical engineer, biologist, chemist, veterinarian or relevant qualification (MSc level)
- Hands-on lab experience in bioanalytical or biotechnological field is a must
- Fluent verbal and written English is a must
- IT skills: data processing with MS Excel, writing memos and reports with MS Word, preparing presentations with MS Power Point, communicating by e-mail/group chats
- Good organization and coordination skills, knowledge of project management toolset
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain good interpersonal relationship in a multicultural environment
- Agile attitude and ability to successfully motivate colleagues at partner departments
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work independently
- Time and change management: ability to handle and flexibly (re)prioritize multiple projects
- Fresh graduates with excellent qualifications and solid references may also be considere

Tasks
- Review and understand the new methods to be transferred
- Support system suitability evaluations for the Receiving Lab
- Prepare transfer plans and reports
- Facilitate the training of operators in the Receiving Lab
- Keep track of the entire method transfer process together with R&D and QC scientists and operators
- Analyze raw data with simple statistical methods
- Conduct troubleshooting, propose corrective and preventive actions if necessary
- Occasionally perform laboratory tests and/or supervise lab technicians
- Responsible for all professional and project related aspects (timelines, linked activities) of the transfer
- Resource estimation for transfer projects
- Regular use of planning/follow-up IT tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
- Manage reagent shipments, arrange import permits, prepare material transfer agreement (MTA) with company lawyer, etc
