Responsibilities
Assessment and clarification of Customer’s functional requirements related to the system/software jointly with business consultants
Development and modification of applications or part of the application
Preparation of related documentation
Development of solutions, concepts, procedures, operational methods or mathematical operations applied as the basis of the software interface
Testing of applications and systems
Establishment and maintenance of test environments
Implementation and roll-out of hardware and software
Preparation of technical documentation of the completed developments
Ensuring and monitoring the continuous and smooth operation of the software and hardware
Elimination of errors on the user side
Modification of data and writing status reports on the resolution of incidents and problems
Engagement in pre-sales activities including responding to requests for proposals and putting together bids
Preparation of presentation materials and project plans
Coordination, mentoring and management of peers working in similar positions from professional point
Participation in the Solution Architecture of the overall Oracle Retail implementation
Execution against development plans and advising management when changes are needed
Leading technical requirements gathering, data conversion and integration design sessions
Creation, design and implementation of the Oracle Retail batch schedule

College degree in programming, software development or information technology
Strong written and spoken English
Development tools knowledge including Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C
Operation systems knowledge including Windows, Linux, Unix
