Responsibilities

Implementation of new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies
Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications
Collaboration with customer's business and IT staff to understand requirements and help achieve business vision
Acting as customer liaison managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
Guidance of customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs
Driving change management methodology for customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions
Assistance with Quality processes including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training

Requirements

Experience with configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, ideally content management software or experience in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Quality Management and affinity to technology
Experience in a consulting or customer facing role managing customer expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently with clients, comprehend and translate business requirements, and create corresponding solution designs
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or others
Legal authorization to be employed in Europe for a remote, full-time role
