Responsibilities

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Consultant to join our technical team supporting the ManageEngine product portfolio. In this role, you will take part in the full customer lifecycle—pre-sales, project delivery, and after-sales support—helping customers evaluate, implement, and operate ManageEngine solutions across Active Directory, Unified Endpoint Management, IT Monitoring, IT Security, and IT Service Management areas.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with technology, communicating with customers, and continuously expanding their technical skillset.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support
  • Supporting product evaluations during Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Conducting product presentations, demos, and answering functional/technical questions.
  • Preparing demo environments, defining use-case scenarios.
  • Actively participating in marketing activities such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and events.
  • Promoting ManageEngine solutions by sharing best practices and product capabilities.
2. Project Delivery
  • Implementing ManageEngine solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Conducting technical workshops, product trainings, and configuration sessions.
  • Preparing project scopes, documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Providing consultations to customers and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
3. After-Sales Support
  • Providing operational and technical support to customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues by working closely with product vendor and internal specialists.
  • Guiding customers on optimal product configuration and usage.
  • Maintaining high-quality communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Min. 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical role (support, implementation, consulting, IT administration).
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Deluge, or similar).
  • Ability to perform basic database queries (MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Independence, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hungarian and English (speaking and writing).
  • Driving license (Cat. B).

Nice-to-have

Nice to Have
  • Experience implementing or supporting IT management or security tools.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Active Directory, IT Security / Monitoring, IT Service Management (ITSM), Asset Management.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation or delivering trainings.
