Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities:

Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions
Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures
Promote and deliver IGP services
Handle product complaints
Participate in exhibitions, technical conferences, and training sessions

What you bring along:

A qualified vocational background, ideally as a painter, coating technician, lab technician in coatings, or carpenter
Several years of experience in surface technology
Experience in handling technical complaints
Good verbal and written skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus
A communicative and team-oriented personality
High willingness to travel (40-80%), company car provided - also for private use
