Responsibilities
Als technischer Mitarbeiter im Betrieb sind Sie für die tägliche Verwaltung und Wartung der Kunden-Anhängerflotte von PNO verantwortlich. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Anhänger in einem sicheren und verkehrssicheren Zustand gehalten werden, und behalten dabei die Kosten im Griff.
Sie überwachen den gesamten Wartungszyklus – von der Ermittlung des Reparaturbedarfs über die Erstellung eines Arbeitsauftrags und die Koordination mit externen Werkstattpartnern bis hin zur Kostenkontrolle und Rechnungsstellung. Sie sind das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden, den Werkstattpartnern und dem internen Betriebsteam.
Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Genehmigung von Arbeitsaufträgen, die Überwachung der Reifenzustände, die Bearbeitung von Pannen sowie die Sicherstellung, dass Reparaturkosten gegebenenfalls von den Kunden erstattet werden – stets mit dem Ziel, die variablen Kosten im Rahmen des Budgets zu halten.
As an Operations Technical Agent, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of PNO's customer trailer fleet. You ensure trailers are kept in safe, roadworthy condition while keeping costs under control.
You oversee the full maintenance lifecycle - from identifying a repair need, creating a work order, and coordinating with external workshop partners, through to cost control and invoicing. You are the key link between our customers, workshop partners, and internal operations team.
Day-to-day you approve work orders, monitor tire compliance, handle breakdowns, and ensure repair costs are recovered from customers where applicable — always with an eye on keeping variable costs within target.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you are a team player who can engage with different parties and drive toward a practical conclusion that works. You work in a structured manner to ensure timely and professional deliveries. Getting things done is an important aspect of both PNO in general and this role in particular, so you should not shy away from rolling up your sleeves when needed.

- Someone that has a solid technical understanding of trailers and workshop repairs
- Thinks commercially and actively works to keep maintenance costs within target
- Communicates confidently with workshop partners, customers, and internal teams across markets
- Is structured and detail-oriented when managing work orders, approvals, and invoicing
- Takes ownership and follows through - from identifying an issue to resolving it
- Fluent in German and English — additional European languages are a plus given our cross-market setup
