Responsibilities

Hiring and mentorship of a high-performance frontend squad
Evolution of service offerings to include AI-driven UX and modular frontend architecture
Technical oversight and escalation management for largest accounts
Partnership with customers and Product and Business Consulting divisions
Balancing resource utilization with employee success

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a leadership role
5+ years of experience in IT, Technical Consulting, Technical Product Management, or adjacent business role
Proven hiring professional with success attracting and selecting strong technical talent
Skilled escalation management in complex customer situations
Adaptability to perform independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Experience managing technical debt versus delivery speed in a high-growth SaaS environment
Deep understanding of frontend build pipeline and its impact on service delivery
Clear and confident communication skills with excellent written and verbal English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Legal authorization to work in Hungary

Nice-to-have

Experience integrating AI/LLM components into frontend interfaces
