Responsibilities

Team management and growth of Consultants focusing on Managed Services work on the Veeva platform (Vault) for small and large global accounts
Resource planning and utilization follow-up for the team
Ensuring professional growth of team members leading to Employee Success
Hiring process ownership for consultants in Poland and Hungary
Coordination of communication between implementation teams and Managed Services for smooth transitions and consistent operational delivery
Leadership contact and escalation point for selected Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers
Expansion of contract offerings and strengthening long-term service value with new and existing customers

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a Leadership role
5+ years of experience in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management or an adjacent business role
Proven hiring professional with demonstrated success attracting and selecting strong technical talent
Skilled escalation management ability to navigate complex customer situations and drive outcomes aligned with customer success
Adaptability to perform effectively independently and within cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Analytical problem-solving with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Clear and confident communication with excellent written and verbal English skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Legal authorization to work in Poland or Hungary
Ability to work from the Budapest office once per month and to travel periodically for customer or team meetings

Nice-to-have

Experience in Life Sciences environments, particularly with cloud or SaaS solutions, Knowledge of Managed Services, cloud operations, or post-implementation support models, Familiarity with Veeva Vault or other enterprise cloud platforms (eg. CRM or ERP)
