Responsibilities

We are looking for Team Leaders who are professional, respectful, and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills. You should be proactive, open to feedback, and motivated to support team performance and development while fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

Foster and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues by consistently demonstrating professionalism, respect, and maturity;
Promote effective teamwork by encouraging constructive, professional, and respectful interactions among all team members;
Proactively enhance the team’s knowledge and understanding of roles, processes, and responsibilities to strengthen overall performance;
Serve as the first point of escalation for agent inquiries, customer concerns, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes;
Organize, lead, and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment, open communication, and collaboration across the team;
Actively listen to feedback from team members and customers, implementing improvements that drive efficiency and satisfaction;
Monitor and manage agent performance, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve continuous improvement and excellence;
Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training to ensure all team members are fully proficient in departmental procedures and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in the Customer Service field and in team management;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
