- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues by demonstrating professionalism, respect, and maturity;
- Promote effective teamwork by encouraging respectful, professional, and mature interactions among all team members;
- Proactively build and enhance the team's knowledge and understanding of roles, processes, and responsibilities;
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for agent inquiries, customer complaints, and issue resolution;
- Organize, lead, and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and open communication;
- Actively listen to feedback from both team members and customers, and implement improvements where appropriate;
- Monitor and manage agent performance, driving continuous improvement through support and guidance;
- Identify skill gaps and deliver structured training to ensure all team members are well-versed in departmental procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Customer Service field and in team management;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
