Responsibilities

Technical and organizational leadership of the electronics and firmware development team
Clear goal setting, prioritization, and decision-making, as well as coordination of all team activities in close collaboration with project leaders and other team leaders
Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., verification, documentation, traceability) and for structured, quality-oriented development processes
Coaching and professional development of team members
Ongoing support for technical questions in the field of electronics and embedded systems, particularly regarding assessments and decisions

Requirements

Master's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in electronics and/or firmware development, ideally in a regulated environment as well as leadership experience in development teams or in a senior technical role
High professional credibility, decisiveness, and a strong understanding of quality and processes
Structured, pragmatic approach to work and the ability to clearly define and follow up on expectations
Good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 60,195.80.
