Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a distributed team of test engineers
Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and related tools
Automate testing and validation for Linux-based embedded platforms
Collaborate with development teams to diagnose issues and improve software quality

Requirements

Proven leadership in software testing or QA for embedded systems
Strong Linux, scripting (Python, shell), and CI/CD (GitLab) expertise
Experience with system validation, debugging, and automation frameworks
Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and quality metrics

Nice-to-have

Hands-on experience with embedded Linux internals, boot flow, and system bring-up, Familiarity with integrating hardware or simulators into CI pipelines, Knowledge of embedded build systems such as Yocto, Buildroot, or CMake, Interest or involvement in open-source development
