Team Lead– Private Label Department

• Supporting the Private Label Director’s work and preparing weekly reports
• Supervising and coordinating the work of the Commercial Manager / Junior Commercial Manager
• Identifying potential new clients, conducting negotiations, and establishing long-term partnerships
• Process development and implementation of efficiency improvement system
• Maintaining continuous communication with the company’s private label partners in Hungarian and English (or German)
• Full management of processes related to private label product development (contract management, preparation of quotations, daily monitoring of production and stock levels)
• Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations related to partners
• Participating in price negotiations and closing deals
• Continuous communication and cooperation with other departments (production, logistics, quality assurance, finance)
• Preparing materials for international tenders, including documentation and pricing, ensuring deadlines are met
• Participation in and preparation for domestic and international trade exhibitions
• Identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research

• Higher education degree (preferably in Economics or Business)
• Negotiation/conversational level English (German is an advantage)
• 4–5 years of FMCG experience
• Precise, accurate, and independent working style
• Strong organizational and communication skills
