Responsibilities

Management and implementation of conversion optimisation strategies in digital, telesales and partner channels
Design, implementation and evaluation of A/B and multivariate tests for continuous conversion improvement
Management and analysis of all key funnel metrics, attribution models and ROAS
Close collaboration with campaign, sales and product teams for effective lead-to-customer conversion
Creation of transparent performance dashboards and management of an international, data- and test-oriented team

Requirements

Degree in marketing, economics or similar, and at least 5 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing or performance sales
Strong analytical and data-related skills and confident use of Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
Experience in SaaS, fintech, mobility or dynamic e-commerce environments
Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style and strong communication, team and project management skills
Very good German and English skills
