Responsibilities

Timely and efficient support and communication for sales offices
Ensuring team happiness while working in a high performing company under pressure
Providing excellent services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus
Booking and managing train bookings with Eurostar
Possessing significant product and service knowledge with hands on reservation and ticketing skills
Focusing on cost-effective transport solutions and working towards budget and quality targets
Collaborating closely with all teams to provide best options for students
Understanding the importance of strong relationships with airlines when handling issues or exceptions

Requirements

Degree in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience within travel or tourism industry, transport or logistics, or operations is a plus
Excellent written and spoken skills in English
Mastery of communication and possession of problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
GDS experience with Amadeus

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of any other language
Experience working or studying in an international environment
