Team Lead Electrical Maintenance

Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
Daily assigning of tasks within the team (in coordination with the Maintenance Planning Engineer and the relevant Production departments) relating to electrical preventive maintenance work, breakdown repairs and planned repairs
Organizing external support and/or spare parts for urgent repairs
Escalation to the Maintenance Manager if problems cannot be solved independently
Ensuring that all production areas are adequately covered for carrying out breakdown repairs
Identifying the need for training within the team, and planning and execution of the necessary training sessions
Responsible for the correct use of SAP-PM/OPRA in the team (e.g. work order processing, bookings)
Responsible for ensuring that safety standards are observed for any work undertaken by the Electrical Maintenance team (e.g. lock-out / tag out, fall protection systems when working at height)
