Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Monitoring of external custodial documentation reporting and ad-hoc documentation requests
Facilitation of production, execution, recording and transmittal of tax-critical documents to custodians and third parties
Maintenance of various Tax data points within BlackRock’s Aladdin platform
Periodic reconciliation of fund tax rate entitlements and reporting classifications in BlackRock systems against custodial and administrator systems
Leading projects to improve processes and efficiency
Identification and use of technology solutions to Product Tax processes
Administration of regular and ad hoc MIS reporting
Interface with global colleagues with flexible working hours

Requirements
Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent
2+ years of experience in accounting, legal, investment management, brokerage, capital markets, or custody
Documentation and compliance experience
Comfort with general accounting and investment management concepts and systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple work-streams with varied deadlines
Strong Excel and database skills
Self-starter able to work independently
2+ years of experience in accounting, legal, investment management, brokerage, capital markets, or custody
Documentation and compliance experience
Comfort with general accounting and investment management concepts and systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple work-streams with varied deadlines
Strong Excel and database skills
Self-starter able to work independently
