Are you passionate about recruiting talent and being part of an international company?

We are currently offering the opportunity to join our global Talent Acquisition team, where you will be based at one of our production sites at Nagykanizsa (or in Szigetszentmiklós or Budapest as a basis) and responsible for end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles within Operations.

As part of the global Talent Acquisition you will have colleagues from Hungary, US, Mexico, Denmark and China Together we are the Center of Excellence in Nilfisk when it comes to Talent Acquisition which will give you opportunities to participate in global TA projects.

Responsibilities:

Defining scope and planning of the recruitment process in close cooperation with the hiring managers while selecting the relevant sourcing/recruitment approach
Formulating compelling job ads that make Nilfisk stand out from the rest and that speaks directly to the target group
Conducting LinkedIn searches and contacting relevant candidates for the majority of your recruitments
Screening, testing and qualifying applicants through the use of qualifying interview techniques and assessment tools
Maintaining an applicant tracking system (Workday) and ensuring compliance with defined procedures
Managing the continuous development of recruitment processes and tools
Managing external agencies when they are involved in sourcing candidates
Professionalize and support the onboarding of new colleagues
Day-to-day sparring and support to leaders to attract, develop and retain talent, and drive performance and engagement
Participation in team meetings and in global TA projects

A super important part of the job is managing your primary stakeholders namely the hiring managers, supporting them by driving smooth and efficient recruitment processes and directing them to correct decisions recruitment wise.

We value the experience you bring

To succeed in this role, solid experience with A-Z recruitment preferably in an internationally operating company.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience recruiting roles within Operations is a plus.
Fluent in Hungarian and English
Previous experience with using LinkedIn Recruiter as a search tool.
Experience with Workday or other ATS’s is a plus.
Comfortable working without supervision and have the ability to manage several ongoing processes and projects
Accountable and able to deliver results.
Team player with good communication skills
Great stakeholder manager
