Design, build, and operate system-level infrastructure for autonomous test vehicles
Take end-to-end responsibility for components, OS provisioning, deployment and runtime behavior
Debug complex issues across Linux systems, networking and hardware components
Improve the reliability, robustness, and scalability of vehicle platforms in real-world environments
Mentor and guide engineers in the team, contribute to code reviews, provide technical suggestions and feedback
Contribute to long-term strategy and direction of system integration efforts
Participate in delegations to international offices, partners, and customers
Support on-site system integration activities, including platform upgrades, sensor calibration, and testing

At least 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role
Studies in vehicle engineering or another relevant engineering field
Valid driving licence with active driving experience
Proven track record of strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug complex issues in a systematic way, and present the solution in a clear and concise manner
Strong networking knowledge, experience with network architectures, protocols, and troubleshooting
High level of experience with Linux systems (systemd, networking, debugging at OS level)
Ability and willingness to teach and mentor others, review code and provide constructive feedback
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Strong English communication skills and willingness to use them actively
Willingness to travel for on-site work a few times a year for a week or two at a time
