System and Process engineer

Feladatok:

Independent learning of products, test processes, machines and technologies
Commissioning of newly installed machines
Implementation of type integration on new and existing test systems
Calibration and measurement system analysis of end-of-line modules
Carrying out functional tests, approvals and quality approvals
Supervision of production as part of start-up management
Optimization of testing systems in terms of function, quality and performance
Transfer of the systems to the local plant
Training of employees in handling test modules in relation to maintenance and operation
Support for the plants in analyzes and evaluations when problems arise
Provision of 2nd level support for our plants worldwide
Close cooperation with similar organizational units

Elvárások:

Sound technical training (HTL, FH or university) specializing in automation technology, production technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering
Experience in mechanical engineering and automation
Good knowledge of measuring systems
PC basics (hardware) and dealing with IT, information and communication systems. Word processing, spreadsheet and other programs
Knowledge of statistical methods for machine and process qualification (QS-Stat, Solara)
Knowledge of proof of suitability of test processes (measurement system analysis)
Good team and communication skills
Analytical, forward-looking thinking coupled with a systematic way of working
Flair for process-oriented working methods
Professional dealings with superiors, employees, customers and suppliers
Independent way of working
Willingness to travel approx. 15%
