Feladatok

Analysis of software and system requirements related to banking IT systems
Preparation and validation of documentation according to internal standards including design, development, testing, operational, and training materials
Preparation and validation of effort estimates for IT developments
Coordination of development activities and alignment of requirements of departments using business applications
Design and support of system integrations and changes to operational business IT systems
Coordination and implementation of ad-hoc development requests
Support of acceptance and implementation of completed software solutions including integration and functional testing
Coordination of business-side testing and support of user training activities
Collaboration with developers and testers throughout the development lifecycle
Maintenance of communication with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, internal and external development teams, and IT vendor management
Provision of ongoing support following software implementation and go-live

Elvárások

Proven experience as a System Analyst, Solution Designer, or Software Developer
Hands-on experience designing service-based interfaces in SOA and/or microservices architectures
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of system design and architecture
Advanced knowledge of UML with practical experience creating sequence, activity, and component diagrams
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of database design and solid SQL skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive approach
Ability and motivation to keep up with new technologies and continuously develop professional knowledge

Communicative English language skills
Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
Experience with relevant system analysis, architecture, integration, and development methodologies or technologies
Experience working with complex enterprise IT systems and business-critical applications
Experience coordinating development and integration activities across multiple teams
