[Swiss Branch] Head Of Sales Ms

This position is based in our Dietikon, Switzerland office and requires a valid Swiss work permit.

What you'll do

• Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies for our Media Solution business
• Set annual and quarterly business plans
• Lead team of key account managers to achieve sales and profit targets and maintain continuous growth
• Develop team members to support their growth and performance
• Expand the business in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction
• Report on sales performance, ISM status
• Participate in sales events, trade fairs and annual meetings with top customers/buying groups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree, focusing on business administration or in similar area
• Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing working experience in the consumer electronics Industry
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills
• Agile mindset and strong sense of ownership

Preferred qualifications

• Fluency in French
• At least 4 years experience in TV business sales
