Responsibilities

Would you like to take part in the construction of Central and Eastern Europe's dominant car trade and mobility service provider? We are seeking a dynamic Sustainability Intern to support the Group-level sustainability operations of AutoWallis by assisting in data collection, reporting processes, and the maintenance of the ESG software ecosystem.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?
  • Support the Group-level sustainability reporting processes,
  • Collect, review, and organize data in Excel and the ESG systems,
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and internal communication materials,
  • Collaborate with business units, ESG data providers and external partners across AutoWallis,
  • Provide guidance and administrative support to colleagues during the reporting process,
  • Assist in administrative and documentation tasks related to sustainability and compliance projects,
  • Participating in occasional ESG-related projects, such as audits, reporting cycles, or the development of internal sustainability materials.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Ongoing studies in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Have a genuine interest in corporate sustainability and responsible business practices,
  • Experience in any office-based administrative position, where user-level IT skills and collaboration with other people were required.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • User-level IT skills - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Have strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills,
  • Available at least 20 hours per week
