Responsibilities

Based on the regular EC management meeting, old part and part application implement date control
material master list update management
Material shortage monitoring and organise the contingency plan
regularly communicate with supplier regarding overall material management related
event sample supply management
ERP inventory management and regular cycle counting
participation in the yearly inventory checking
vendor list update management
in case of vendor responsibility , material shortage and OS&D claim management
regularly (monthly/weekly) purchasing performance report
monthly invoice verification and run retro activity in SAP
negotiate with Tier-Ns
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or related field
excellent written and oral communication skills
understanding of production system of Automotive Industry
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation
excellent communication skills
fluent Hungarian and English language skills
strong sense of responsibility
analytic skills in engineering drawing
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
analytic thinking
attention to details
strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
precise, independent work in a team
