Main responsibilities, tasks:

Lead end-to-end supply chain programs and projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategy
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and governance based on current-state analysis
Build business cases, including financial and operational impact, cost–benefit analysis, and risk assessment
Select and apply the most suitable project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
Manage cross-functional and international project teams in a matrix environment to deliver results on time and within budget
Drive change management initiatives while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Track, measure, and communicate project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and reporting frameworks

Required skills:

Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Supply Chain, process improvement, or related function
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international & cross-functional project management in the field
Hands-on expertise in supply chain best practices, process improvement, and change management
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Fluent English with advanced professional proficiency
Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
