Supply Chain Production Planning & Customer Service Manager BMS

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 Production Planners and 4 Customer Planners.
• Manage customer call-offs, delivery schedules, and performance KPIs through SAP and customer portals.
• Oversee demand planning, shipping coordination, and claim handling.
• Create efficient production schedules considering demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Conduct short-, mid-, and long-term capacity planning.
• Ensure the semi-material availability and maintain planning-related master data (SAP / Sedapta / MOM).
• Handle escalations related to production or delivery bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

• BSc degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, customer service, or supply chain.
• Proven leadership skills and a strong team-player mindset.
• Solid knowledge of SAP (PP/MM/SD) and ERP systems; Lean and digital tools are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and planning processes.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• English proficiency required.
