Supply Chain Planning Process Improvement Specialist

Increase company/country profitability through building an effective planning process and capabilities. Responsible for planning systems usage and exploitation, planning KBIs reporting.

Mission
Increase company/country profitability through building an effective planning process and capabilities. Responsible for planning systems usage and exploitation, planning KBIs reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Leading projects that optimize and increase efficiency within the country
- Identifies the needs of the planning department for new processes or system developments and proposes change management actions.
- Cooperation with other departments to streamline processes and increase their effectiveness
- Ensures delivery of all planned services per agreed SLA and target KBIs
- Ensures that the department's processes are continuously improved
- Searching for opportunities from group capabilities and resources
- Being the main point of contact for all planning related changes
Qualifications and experience
- University Degree in business related studies
- Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain in Planning area
- Project Management experience
- Process improvement experience in Supply Chain area
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to manage work systems and processes
- Business awareness, particularly in the FMCG sector is nice to have
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
Skills Required
- Change and Performance Management
- Presentation and motivation skills
- Extensive experience with MS Excel
