Állás leírása
Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives, optimize efficiency, and reduce costs.
2. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on their ability to supply products and services in accordance with the company’s needs. Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure that they align with production schedules and demand forecasts, minimizing excess stock and avoiding stockouts.
4. Production Coordination: Work closely with the production department to align manufacturing outputs with supply chain inputs and customer demand, ensuring efficient production flows.
5. Logistics Management: Manage logistics operations including transportation and warehousing. Select the most effective routes and transportation methods to optimize costs and delivery times.
6. Cost Control: Continuously analyze supply chain activities to identify cost reduction opportunities, including negotiating better prices, improving logistics, and reducing waste.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure all supply chain activities meet both internal quality standards and external regulatory compliance requirements.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain, such as supplier failures or logistical interruptions, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
9. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring reliable delivery schedules and responding promptly to customer issues and feedback.
10. Technology Implementation: Leverage technology to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency. Implement and manage systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) software.
11. Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are being met and to identify areas for improvement.
12. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the supply chain team, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and effective contribution to company goals.
13. Environmental and Sustainability Management: Promote sustainable practices within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact and enhance the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.

- Advanced degrees like a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or specialized certifications in supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)) are highly desirable.
2. Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with proven success in managing complex supply chains.
- Experience in supplier management, inventory management, and logistics is essential.
- Prior leadership experience, including managing teams and developing supply chain strategies.
3. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively handle complex supply chain challenges.
- Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and service providers.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
