Supply Chain Manager

What is the job about?

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to coordinate our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing plans to maintain an efficient and effective working environment while ensuring that our business goals are achieved.

 
 
 
 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop plans to maintain an efficient, effective and harmonious working environment.
  • Leads and continuously develops a highly performing management/employee team to ensure that the area achieves business goals.
  • Selects the right people and motivates by creating the right working environment to add value for Grundfos customers.
  • Ensures that Supply Chain processes are embedded in the organization and are continuously improved.
  • Leads the assigned tasks during the monthly SIOP process.
  • Ensures that global/regional/local Supply Chain metrics are tracked and initiate action.
  • Provides input to the Supply Chain Capabilities Roadmap
  • Planning team and performance management on an annual basis.

Your background:

  • University or college degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in process improvement within the Supply Chain field.
  • Experience in initiating and executing strategic objectives in a complex business environment, preferably in a large manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading teams or processes in the Supply Chain domain.
  • Good leadership and influencing skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain practices and related systems.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
