Responsibilities

Support data collection, cleaning, formatting and upload activities for planning tools (e.g. Excel, SAP IBP, Qlik)
Assist with preparation of reports and dashboards (e.g. long-term planning KPIs, forecast accuracy summaries, charts)
Maintain internal documentation and update planning templates or presentations
Participate in planning team meetings and take notes/actions when needed
Coordinate information gathering from regional stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Finance)
Support testing activities during IBP implementation (e.g. system validations, screenshots, defect tracking)

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, IT or related field
Solid Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint and basic data handling
Interest in data analysis, planning or digital supply chain tools
Detail-oriented and organized with ability to work independently on structured tasks
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Python for data processing or automation
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern (m/f/d) to support the Global SIOP team in it's current implementation of SAP IBP. As an intern you will assist in data-related tasks, preparation of reporting materials, and coordination of planning activities.
