Supplier Support Manager
myLife Diabetes Care AG is a fast growing, independent Medtech company focused on innovative insulin pump systems for people with diabetes. We are looking for an experienced Supplier Support Manager who will complement our Quality Control & Supplier Management Team with enthusiasm and drive.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
Qualify and develop suppliers in cooperation with stakeholders (purchasing, development, operations, etc.)
Plan and conduct supplier audits
Lead supplier deviations, SCARs and defect handling
Coordinate supplier process validations and test plans
Define and implement incoming, in-process and final inspection strategies
Perform and oversee testing of material and components
Block non-conforming batches and escalate compliance decisions when required
Support new projects with test planning and specifications reviews (FMEA, risk analysis, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement of inspection methods and quality processes
Your profile
Proven experience in Quality and/or Supplier Quality Management in a regulated environment
Good knowledge of supplier audits, qualification and CAPA processes
Solid understanding of measurement systems and inspection methods
Experience with process validation, test validation and inspection planning
Strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
Structured, analytical and independent working style, able to coordinate cross-functional activities
Working level proficiency in German and English
