Responsibilities

Manage and monitor supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with company standards
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate manufacturing and quality systems
Handle supplier quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Approve supplier parts through PPAP or equivalent qualification processes
Work with suppliers to improve product quality, processes, and delivery performance
Participate in new product development and supplier selection activities
Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, purchasing, and production
Maintain supplier quality records and prepare quality reports

Requirements

Expected qualifications & degrees

Major: [Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields ]
Degree: [Bachelor's degree or above]
Certificates: [Knowledge of VDA or ISO are a plus ]
Skills: [MS Office, quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP), ERP or quality management systems]
Language: [English and German required; Chinese is a plus ]

Professional experience

Min [2] years of experience in [supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing].
Have a good understanding of [quality management systems and supplier development processes]
Experience in conducting supplier audits and handling quality complaints
