Responsibilities
Join our Switzerland SE plant (Feller) in Horgen and become part of a dynamic team of engineers, reporting directly to the CS&Q Manager. At the heart of our manufacturing site you will work with innovative solutions around switches, socket outlets and data connectors.
Supplier Quality Engineer 80–100% (f/m/d)
As a Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d) you play a key role in ensuring outstanding supplier performance and driving continuous quality improvement across our supply base. Acting as a vital interface between suppliers and our plant you ensure that all materials and components meet the highest quality standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep operations running smoothly.

Your IMPACT:
Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance at plant level, driving targeted improvement actions in close collaboration with key suppliers
Lead structured 8D problem-solving processes (Levels 0 & 1) and implement effective containment measures such as Temporary Quality Walls to ensure production continuity
Support and contribute to supplier audits, PFMEA activities and process validations in partnership with supplier teams and RSQD
Manage supplier qualification status and coordinate technical validations together with Tooling & Technology experts
Oversee the end-to-end PPAP process, ensuring full compliance and readiness before the start of mass production and manage supplier change notifications (SPCN)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality standards and communicate performance through regular KPI tracking and stakeholder reporting
Your Profile:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or similar) with relevant quality experience
Experience in supplier management, PPAP and industrial environments
Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis)
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma a plus) and fluency in German & English
