Responsibilities

Ensuring the required quality of delivery parts / components (product and service)
Ensuring the customer requirements on delivery parts / components
Supports CM, Global SQE and Strategic Buyer to optimize supplier base
Negotiate supplier quality agreements
Reduction of failure costs
Reduction of special release and efforts for the incoming inspections
Supplier monitoring
Audit and visit planning in coordination with Global SQE
Perform Supplier audits
PPA review
Action tracking (Audit, 8D, etc.)
Processing and prioritizing the described tasks on their own responsibility
Quality responsibility with strategic buyer for all local suppliers

Requirements

English language skills (negotiation level)
Technical degree (electrical / mechatronic /mechanical engineer)
Minimum 1 years of experience in SQE position in an international manufacturing company
Willingness to travel
Good communication and negotiation skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in supplier auditing (VDA 6.3)
