Lead Potential Suppliers QMS Audit, Process Audit, Capacity Audit
Actively Attend Supplier Technical Review Meetings, and Compose
Sourcing Risk Assessment
Drive the Critical Supplier Launches During APQP, until Start of Production.
Ensure Suppliers Manufacturing and Controlling Process Qualification is Approved
(PPAP & R R)
Plan and Execute Incumbent Supplier Performance Improvement Projects
Auditing of suppliers regarding supplier selection, continous improvement and development according to VDA & IATF standard

Has relevant Mechanical Engineer Degree or Similar
(Advanced) knowledge in automotive business and automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC& PPAP)
Experience in SQE, supplier selection and development – R R, potenial supplier audits, action plan and improvement process
Certified VDA 6.3 auditor desirable
High degree of self-organization (home office/remote)
Confident in International Environment
Willingness to Travel to Our European Partners (approx. 40-60%)
Business fluent in spoken and written English language and has high level MS Office skills
Communicative, open-minded and flexible with high ability to work in different teams
