Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and qualification of ternary cathode material suppliers, evaluating their technical capabilities, production qualifications and quality assurance systems;
Conduct regular on - site audits of suppliers, supervise whether their production processes meet quality requirements, and promptly identify and promote the resolution of potential quality risk;
Handle non - conforming products in the incoming inspection of ternary cathode materials, coordinate with suppliers for cause analysis and rectification, and track and verify the rectification effect;
Establish a normalized communication mechanism with suppliers, convey the company's quality standards and requirements, collect suppliers' quality feedback, and jointly improve material quality;
Participate in the root cause analysis and improvement of quality problems of ternary cathode materials, formulate preventive measures, and avoid the recurrence of similar quality problems.

Requirements

Relevant BSC/MSC degree;
At least 3 years in supplier quality management (SQE) in manufacturing industry;
Understand the testing methods of key indicators of ternary cathode materials (e.g., particle size distribution, tap density, electrochemical performance), and be able to read test reports and identify quality risks;
Deep knowledge of IATF16949 / ISO9001 and quality tools (PPAP、APQP、FMEA、SPC);
Active knowledge of English and Hungarian;
Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills; good communication, coordination skills.
