Responsibilities

Supplier quality management of development and mass production
Drive quality issue to fast response with TFT and supplier
Drawing feasibility review for mass production
Verification of supplier process (ex: Leak, AOI, Error Proof etc.)
Verification of root cause and corrective action
Define strategy for supplier quality improvement
Conducting internal audits based on ISO 19011, certification audits based on ISO/IEC 17021 and IATF Rules

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
English language knowledge
Common automotive quality system requirement (IATF16949/ VDA)
AIAG Core Tool (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC)
CSR (Customer Specification Requirement)
Mechanical / Elect / Material / Mold / Injection knowledge
GD&T
Problem solving method (8D Report, Red-X, 7Dia etc)
Knowledge in assembly processes (NVH, Leak test, test stations, torque stations etc.)
