Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
- Support a company‑wide internal transition project, involving changes in supplier setup and contractual operations
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with international suppliers, primarily via email
- Review and interpret digital contracts with strong understanding of contract language and commercial terms
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure continued cooperation during the transition
- Perform extensive administrative activities, documentation and end‑to‑end process tracking
- Track open actions, collect and follow up supplier feedback
- Maintain sourcing and contract data in relevant systems (e.g. Ariba, Compass, ADO)
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and an experienced expert colleague

Requirements

What we are looking for
- ~ 3 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing and negotiation
- Strong understanding of contract language and supplier‑facing commercial discussions
- Background in an international, multinational environment is an advantage
- Proactive, independent working style with ability to operate with minimal onboarding
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a changing, non‑standardized setup
- Digital sourcing experience is a plus (category experience not critical)
