Supervisor Billing

To strengthen our Team, we are looking for Billing Supervisor (full-time permanent contract)

Purpose of the position

He/She is in charge of all of the Company’s invoicing He/She ensures excellence and customer satisfaction in all billing process He/She supervises a billing Team in relation with commercial and accounting Teams

Key Tasks

• Administration of back-office functions: opening/closing files, issuing invoices, file checking
• Administration of suppliers and customers invoices
• Managing the invoicing process and ensuring documents are accurately and completely
• Billing Team Management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong planning and independent working
• Highly organised, meticulous attention to detail and capable of managing different files at once
• Result orientation focus
• Very good accounting skills
• Good managerial skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and dynamic
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools and ERP environment

Educational Background/Work experience

• Billing oversight
• International trade and logistics experience, if possible
• Fluent in English and in French
