Responsibilities

Coordinate placement of international high school exchange students with volunteer host families in the United States
Work directly with offices around the world across multiple time zones
Assist students and parents with the application process
Screen and review applications according to guidelines set by the US Department of State and EF
Communicate with students and parents via phone, e-mail, and social media
Admit students to programs ensuring realistic expectations and thorough preparation
Act as liaison between recruitment offices and US based production offices
Maintain the face of the enrollment process for customers

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Full business fluency in one of the following languages: Danish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish (multiple languages are a plus)
Proficiency in English (C1-level)
Keen sense of organization and attention to detail
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear and effective communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience traveling or living abroad is a plus
