Responsibilities

Plan and execute campaigns targeting students across online and offline channels.
Develop communication plans for academic and extracurricular activities.
Liaise with the Social Media team, student organizations, Student Services, and the Students’ Union to ensure coherent messaging and timely delivery.
Coordinate visual media activities, including photo shoots and video productions.
Organize major student events (e.g., summer and spring graduation ceremonies, the opening of the academic year, onboarding week).
Produce daily articles for the university website in English and Hungarian.
Monitor student academic affairs and support Student Services with appropriate communication tools.

Requirements

Education up to degree level
1-3 years of experience in the field of Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in English and in Hungarian
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated independence, reliability, and punctuality.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in higher education communications, student services, or a related field.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing events.
