Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic and operational projects in a cross-functional environment
Act as a sparring partner for strategic topics initiated by the Management Board
Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
Conduct independent, complex analyses and research
Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying relevant KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations to support company growth

Requirements

Completed degree in business administration, economics, IT, fintech or a comparable field
2+ years of experience in strategy or business development, e.g. in consulting, financial services, or a start-up environment
Strong analytical skills and a confident understanding of data and KPIs
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Resilient and confident personality, ideally with experience in a dynamic scale-up environment
High level of motivation to actively shape and improve business operations
Quick comprehension and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
