Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing the monitoring and event management activities
Manages activities that take place during solution implementation
Understanding customer use cases and defining the end–to-end behavior of the solution
Collaborate with project team members and cross-functional product teams

Requirements

Hands on experience with at least 2 technology languages like Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, Golang or Python
Experience in troubleshooting Linux, windows or AIX operating systems
A passion for solving complex problems, identifying root causes, and for leaving things in a better place than you found it.
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under indirect supervision
Broad understanding of information technology topics
Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
Technically creative and open-minded
