Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming materials, check quantities and quality according to delivery notes
• Arrange received items properly in the storage area according to stock organization
• Keep daily, weekly, and monthly inventory records up to date; report shortages if needed
• Relocate goods between storage and Hotel premises by car/van
• Record all stock in-and-out movements accurately in the system
• Distribute requested items to relevant departments on time and correctly
• Document and report all material transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the storeroom
• Support regular inventory counts and prepare related reports when required

Requirements

• Preferably high school graduate (education in logistics, warehouse operations, or stock management is an advantage)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of stock tracking and warehouse organization
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and warehouse management systems
• Valid driving license and active driving experience
• Careful, organized, and responsible attitude
• Good teamwork skills
• Category B driver's license
• Physically able to perform the tasks required
